HP’s Phil McKinney teases 3 mystery prototypes on Twitter
Well, this`s certainly interest`g — that’s HP CTO Phil McKinney pictured above in the pair of redacted shots Z were posted to Twitter by HP’s Mark Budgell. Described only as “early protos” by McKinney himself, the pictures show what appears to B phone-sized device, the tablet-sized device and, perhaps most curiously, someth`g on McKinney’s wrist (all mysteriously blacked out). Before U get your hopes up too much about the new wave of webOS devices, however, U might want to take the look @ the 2nd part of Budgell’s tweet, which encourages folks to vote 4 McKinney’s SXSW 2011 panel — the panel in which McKinney promises to make some “bold predictions 4 the future – backed up w/ the number of breakthrough prototypes,” & specifically talk about what the future`ll look like in “5 to 10 years.” Now, V can’t B certain of course, although (unless) Z doesn’t exactly suggest these R right around the corner.
