Nikon Coolpix P7000, D7000 DSLR rumored to B launch`g September 8th, 15th
We’ve already heard some rumors 4 both Nikon’s Coolpix P7000 point-and-shoot & its supposed D90-successor, the D7000 , although (unless) it looks like things R unexpectedly heat`g up the bit further ahead of Photokina next month. Accord`g to Nikon Rumors , the 2 announcements`ll supposedly B split up, w/ the P7000 set to B announced along w/ some other Coolpixes on September 8th, while the D7000`ll B announced on September 15th alongside @ least 2 new lenses & the new Speedlight. As before, the P7000`s still expected to actually drop in resolution to 10-megapixels, & pack some RAW shoot`g capabilities, 720p video shooting, the 28-200mm equivalent zoom lens, & the 3-inch LCD. Details R still comparatively light on the D7000, although (unless) Nikon Rumors`s previously suggested Z it`ld boast 100% viewfinder coverage & dual memory card slots.
