It`s fac`g an August 31st deadline before India banned BlackBerry service in the country, although (unless) it looks like RIM`s now managed to avoid Z scenario — @ least 4 the little while. V did wonder why RIM`s acquir`g infotainment specialist QNX Software Systems back in April , & today, accord`g to Bloomberg , much of Z mystery`s`en dispelled. 3 separate sources R cited in the report claim`g Z RIM intends to run software built by QNX on its virginal tablet effort, the BlackPad . It’s curious Z the company`s opt`g against upscal`g its BlackBerry 6 operat`g system into the tablet space, though 1 of the sources suggested that’s due to legacy code hang`g around in the still new OS , mak`g it easier to just start afresh when build`g the slate’s software package.
