Early this morning, Perfect 3rd Inc. — makers of the less than perfect WakeMate wristband — issued the recall 4 the sleep analyzer’s USB charger, which apparently`s the tendency to go up in smoke , & V don’t mean disappear. An e-mail sent out by the company’s CEO @ 12:30 AM states, “we were informed by the customer of the safety incident w/ the black USB chargers.” the little vague if U ask us, consider`g the video V received shows the device “smok`g after exploding.” The recall ensures Z the WakeMate itself`s perfectly safe, & Z the Chinese-manufactured USB cables R @ fault, although (unless) if U ask us, anyth`g Z`s supposed to help U sleep soundly shouldn’t put U in danger of catch`g fire.
